Job Title: IT Project Management Advisor – Hiring FAST!
Setting: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $50-70/HR on W2 + Option for Medical Benefits
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Candidates are able to demonstrate ownership of their assignments, confidence in leading others, and ability to maintain focus of delivery from inception to successful implementation
- Skills that are strongly needed are critical thinking, analytical and curious mindset, and technically savvy
- Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant IT Project Management matters, often requiring coordination between organizations
- Responsible for managing, directing, and planning multiple complex projects, or occasionally one highly complex project, consisting of one or more project teams.
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and assigning project tasks, team building, maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT
Required Qualifications:
- Successful candidates are strong planners, have solid facilitation skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong and positive relationships
- 6+ years of related work experience as a project team member, including 2 or more years in a project leadership position with demonstrated experience within the healthcare space
- 2+ years Infrastructure engineering, operations, or application development experience
- Scheduling, team building, project leadership, budgets, and Agile experience
