Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IT Customer Support Analyst for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.

Job Title: IT Customer Support Analyst
Contract: 12 Months+ possibility for extension/conversion
Location: 100% Remote

Job/Role Description:

  • Focus on Hardware Asset Management and Operations
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to help support a positive colleague experience
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Coordinate with external business partners to manage asset acquisition, disposal of assets, record keeping and maintenance, and financial analysis
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Communicating internally with colleagues and cross functional teams to help support asset record inquires
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Support asset management data integrity by researching and updating asset record information to maintain accurate data integrity
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Supporting Service Request and Incident tickets for missing asset information, or asset exception request
  •  
  •  
  •  

Required Qualifications:

  •  
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • 3+ years Professional experience
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  •  
  •  
  •  

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Experience with Asset Management Policies and Procedures
  •  
  •  
  •  
  • Experience with shipping and logistics
  •  
  •  
  •
