Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • With general supervision, the IT Asset Management Support I is responsible for the physical delivery of IT hardware throughout the organization.
  • Could require candidate to assist with shipping & receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling POs or service requests, for all IT asset hardware.
  • Assist with data disposition and follow all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management.
  • Responsible for transporting and delivering goods and/or items to clients or business in a safe, timely manner
  • Examining and/or reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that orders are complete.
  • Helping with the loading and unloading of materials from the delivery vehicle.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with the company employees and contractors by answering any questions they may have.
  • Rescheduling deliveries with customers if they are unable to receive them.
  • Giving customers information about delivery schedules.
  • Completing and submitting logs and reports as needed.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • This is a NERC/CIP position; Candidate will be required to complete the NERC/SIP screening requirements.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Requires no less than a High School Diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience preferred
  • Ability to lift/move /carry between 10-50 pounds if required and perform the other essential job functions.
  • Prior delivery/driving experience is preferred.
  • Must understand IT hardware and technical terms (at least 1 year)
  • Must have effective communication and must be able to work in an environment with team members.
  • Needs to have experience working with an it or other ticketing system (at least 1 year)
