Job Title: IT Analyst SME – Hiring FAST!
Location(s): Charlotte, NC
Setting: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $70-80/HR
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement Trading and Fuels database changes
- Provide technical mentoring to database support personnel
- Ensure adherence to human performance practices
- Ensure adherence to change management process
- Monitor application system health checks
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of operational problems
- Ensure Trading and Fuels on-call IT application support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent years of work experience and training
- Five (5) plus years supporting Oracle databases and developing with PL/SQL
- Five (5) plus years designing, developing, and supporting MSRS Reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, management, and teammates
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Proven troubleshooting ability resulting in valid solutions or options for technical issues
- Proven ability to multitask and track several support activities simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
- Five (5) plus years in Oracle Database Support.
- Five (5) plus years in application support and infrastructure.
- Experience in providing technical leadership to application configuration and deployments.
- Experience in consulting with internal customers on proposed system changes; prioritizing, scoping, and estimating work activities.
- Experience with .Net / C# application migration/release management.
