Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for a contract opening with one of our largest clients.

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position.  The details are below.

Locations: Charlotte, NC ; St Petersburg, FL (On-Site Required)

Duration:  12+ Months

Helpdesk Analyst

  • Analyzes problems and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems.
  • Studies and resolves computer software and hardware problems of users.
  • Acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Determines whether problem is caused by hardware, software, or system.
  • Answers questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures.
