This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.
Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Plano, TX (HYBRID)
Job/Role Description:
- Daily responsibilities will consist of creating, modifying and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across our organization.
- Troubleshoot provisioning errors.
- Work on various access clean up projects.
- Cross train within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Sailpoint (ticketing service) Experience
- Directory (ADManager +) Experience
- Service Now
- RACF (Mainframe) Experience
- Google sheets Experience
- SQL Experience
- Tech support environment Experience
