Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Location: Onsite in Detroit, MI 48220
Start date: Monday, 9/18/23
Work hours: M-F; 9 am-5pm
Contract length: Through the end of September with possibility of extension through end of year (dependent on volumes)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Job Description:
Enrollment Specialist performs Health Insurance Enrollment, data entry and customer service for Student Health Plan Contact Center. Answers key inquiries from members/customers. Works on additional assignments for the customer related to the Health Plan Contact Center.
Required Skills
- Must have superb communication/interpersonal skills.
- Two to three years customer service skills and previous customer contact experience.
- High school graduate or GED. Two (2) years of college or post high school education preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with Health Insurance, PPOs, HMOs, POS plans, Benefit Designs.
- Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage a big bonus.
