Title: Financial Crimes Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Model)
Duration: 12 Month contract
Type: W-2 Contract
Client Industry: Banking
Pay Rate: 53 – 56/HR.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience in Financial Crimes & Intelligence (AML – Financial Crimes Risk and Investigations or Risk Advisory roles)
- Front Line Risk and Escalations or related roles (Identifying Risks for Escalations, Managing Escalated Risks, Providing recommendations for retention/exit to Sr Leaders on customers)
- Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence on variety of customer types, with particular interest in high-risk customer types
- Well-versed in bank products – credit cards, wires, checks, cash, P2P
- Experience conducting large scale portfolio-style reviews of customer transactional activity
- Strong communicator in writing and verbally
- Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
- Willing and able to participate in process ideation/ improvement
Data Skills:
- Experience with MS Excel; able to used advance functions of Excel
- Analytical tools experience – MS Excel (minimum) + SQL, Tableau, etc. (bonus)
