Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a QA Lead (Facets) for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI / REMOTE!
Title: Facets QA Lead
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)
Duration: 14+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Key Requirements
- QA Consultant – Facets Environment Team
- Experience of Facets Application
- Strong SQL experience
- Any of Oracle, Sybase, SQL server, DB2 skills
- Strong in SQL Queries, UNIX Skills
- Testing Experience
- MS Office Skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for writing and executing test cases, mapping test cases to requirements, conducting peer review of test suite, opening and tracking defects and issues, closing testing activities related to complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.
- Work with business users to gain sign off.
- Involved in the development of test plans for highly complex projects.
- Review Test results and follow defect management process.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Provide daily status to Test Lead.
- Monitors all testing related activities and related project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.
- Effectively work in a collaborative environment.
- Efficiently work with leadership, analysts, dev team and business team on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills
- Health Insurance industry experience required.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise application systems, distributed systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance processes and techniques.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
