Job Title: ePro Customer Integration Analyst

Location: Mooresville, NC (Remote)
12 +-month Contract

Pay Rate:  $46 an hour

  • The ePro Customer Integration Analyst is a subject matter expert in the eProcurement field from a supplier perspective and works to identify solutions to meet customer specific needs.  
  • The position is responsible for the onboarding of large complex organizations onto the company’s business platform and managing electronic invoicing projects.
  • The Pro Services eProcurement Sales Director will provide expertise for sales efforts related to third party (B2B), cXML and EDI accounts providing sales and implementation support for customers utilizing 3rd party platforms that require electronic integration to the company’s business platform.
  • This position works closely with field sales teams to complete sales goals and objectives. 
  • Supports the field sales organization with regards to eProcurement capabilities across all stages in the sales lifecycle from presentation to integration. 
  • Performs internal demos, attends trade shows/conferences and works closely with field sales personnel on training and sales call support.
  • To accomplish this, the ePro Customer Integration Analyst must have knowledge of B2B eProcurement systems as well as how the user interface process and data flow work hand-in-hand in order to troubleshoot issues successfully and either correct them within the team or move them into the queue of the correct partner support team.
  • The ePro Customer Integration Analyst works closely with different business areas within the company such as IT, Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to help review any business requirements to expand the company online offering to the Pro customer segment ultimately increasing Pro Services Market share in the online/e-procurement industry.

  • ePro B2B experience
