Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an EDI Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI / REMOTE!
Title: EDI Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
There is no on-site requirement.
Engagement Description
Provide technical support for EDDI migration to Edifecs for Managed File Transfer.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Experience with the support of file transfer systems. Protocols including SSH, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, Email, SMTP, SMB, GPG, HTTP(s), and cron
- 3 years of experience with Linux or unix
- Help desk and other relevant experiences highlighting customer interactions, communications skills, and interactions with managed services providers
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong ability to review and understand technical documentation.
- Experience with Web Servers, CGI, SQL, unix command line interface and shell scripting
- Ability to review and analyze operational specifications for managed services providers; Edifecs preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
- Experience managing operational systems, including the ability to analyze system logs to assess operational issues
- Experience specifying and managing implementation requirements for managed services providers
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
