Title: dispute Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12 – Months Contract W2 Only NO C2C!!
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of recent and tenured experience with Reg E OR Reg Z (does not need to be both)
- 2+ years of recent experience processing any of the following types of Dispute – CC, Debit Card, Fraud and non-Fraud, ACH
- 2+ years of recent experience with all types of Dispute chargeback – CC, Debit Card, Fraud and non-Fraud, ACH
- Excel, outlook, PEGA and DCC are a plus but not required
Responsibilities/Duties:
- This role is reviewing any complaints for the dispute (could be any of the different types – CC, DC, Fraud/non Fraud, etc) and they must be able to problem solve and research the issue.
- Must be able to understand and be knowledgeable of Reg E or Z to be able to look at the complaint and determine what happened and what needs to be done to further investigate and resolve the complaint.
