Job Description / Duties:

  • Partners with Direct Marketing Operations Manager to support the development and execution of all Direct Marketing tactics for member acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Collaborates with both internal and external partners to ensure timelines are met and business requirements are achieved.
  • Works closely with Direct Marketing team to perform quality control efforts to increase execution accuracy.
  • Includes auditing the marketing websites, testing the enrollment application tool, monitoring fulfillments, auditing telephone numbers, etc.
  • Assists with fulfillment planning and inventory management for all Direct Marketing tactics. Must have an ability to understand the campaign strategy and how it influences the fulfillment process.
  • Improves user shopping experience by contributing to the development and testing of the commercial website and Vantage-hosted portal updates.
  • Works alongside Direct Marketing Operations Manager and internal teams to ensure all website and portal functionality is documented, tested, and implemented according to business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years in one of the following: marketing operations, business planning, or project management requiring multi-tasking, managing timelines and deliverables is required
  • Healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred but not required
