Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates with Customer Experience background, any type of customer mapping
  • Candidates with product manager or digital product manager experience can be successful
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Servicing
  • Experience in banking preferred but not required
  • Mapping Using Figma/PowerPoint

Job Role/Description:

  • Develop and influence servicing strategies, business plans, end to end process improvements. Influence product design and implementation of complex business and technical changes in response to insights on how to improve services for customers
  • Through journey mapping and other methods, identify customer pain points across channels for key products and services
  • Lead customer experience journey analysis, strategy, and resolution of complex challenges, requiring in-depth understanding of how those experiences connect with one another across channels
  • Influence vision for an improved customer experience for specific customer journeys/services, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading the customer experience
