Commercial Plumbing Sales Specialist

Northern California or Remote for the Right Candidate

W2 Contract

 

  • The ideal candidate for this requirement must have commercial plumbing sales and business development experience.
  • The ideal candidates must have experience selling the following commercial plumbing materials: fittings, pipes, valves, cast iron, copper, brass, and PVC.
  • Sell identified material for optimal profit efficiently and effectively
  • Timeframe: Goal to sell and distribute all inventory: March 2021
  • Timeframe: estimated 1-month timeframe to obtain a full understanding of all available inventory to be sold
  • Listing and verifying all inventory to be sold accurately in the following areas:
  • Within the main shop area
  • Outside the main shop area within the fenced area
  • Outside the main shop area within approximately 5 Conex containers
  • Any material being sent and received from different on-going job sites
  • The tracking process needs to be developed and monitored
  • Put material inventory into Excel spreadsheet and categorize into an existing excel spreadsheet
  • Work with the Estimator to determine costs/pricing structure
  • Identify potential “carve-out” of some material to be utilized within the client’s other divisions
  • Identify inventory to be sold back to vendors and any associated opportunity costs
