Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
•Engages with other platforms in the marketing technology stack including the Website management and the app development team.
• Plays an active role in development the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical roadmap, writes and prioritizes product stories and manages a backlog of features.
• Uses critical thinking, problem solving, and Agile principles to partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and the agile team to build effective solutions
• Stays apprised of Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases
Required Qualifications:
- 6 or more years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in either: salesforce marketing cloud implementation, development, and data management - Excellent strategic & technical thinking
- An understanding of Server-Side Scripting techniques and applications
• 5+ years’ experience with developing SQL with relational database management systems
• 3+ years’ experience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques
• 5+ years’ experience with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript - Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
• Proven track record of leadership in delivering tangible results
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Admin certifications or a willingness to complete the certs in a specific time frame.Preferred Qualifications:
• Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer Certifications
