Title: Change Manager

Location: Houston TX

Job Description / Duties:

  • Solution adoption Creating a contract lifecycle management solution/change in process that could be significant
  • DevTeam Teaming psychological safety
  • PO/PLM Product lifecycle education, how to drive adoption using BCM, UX/UI, usage data
  • CIG getting these established and how to utilize the feedback

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient with the O365 suite of applications including SharePoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow ( highly preferred.)
  • Able to develop appropriate messaging for multiple audience / stakeholder groups (Examples include: All Chevron Employees & Contractors, Chevron Management, Global Security and Office Facilities Platform [GSOF] Leadership, Chevron Contractors Staff Aug and MSP partners, etc.)
  • Proficient with social media – Workplace (Chevron Facebook instance)

o Communicate Product Line updates and accomplishments, RTE Guild updates, Holiday events, etc.

o Drive effective integrated communications – able to create a recognizable voice for the GSOF digital platform

o Establish a brand identify for the GSOF digital platform

  • Able to develop resistance management strategies and communications to maximize employee adoption of the new operating model
  • Able to build knowledge and credibility quickly previous Chevron knowledge is of limited value post-transformation
