Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid onsite/remote)
Duration: 8+ Months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Engagement Description
Support grooming and refining the new knowledge management system (Knowledge Hub). Specific tasks the contractor will complete include:
- Conversion of content to scenario format
- Grooming the menu folders to ease navigation for users
- Testing enhancements and potential NASCO integration features
- Reporting/Gamification
Top 3 Skills:
- Written communication, ability to: review multiple sources and document required information, take complex topics and create simple documents for an audience, create process flows and procedural documentation
- Verbal communication, ability to: ask questions to learn more about subject matter, effectively communicate with subject matter experts, teammates, and leadership
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience creating documentation, processes, or procedures.
- Strong organizational skills/ability to manage multiple assignments
- Data analysis
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Working in a Knowledge Management System
- Previous experience creating documentation for customer service areas
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – English, Journalism, Communication, or any other degree related to communication or user experience and design
