Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for a Benefits Coordinator for a contract opening with one of our largest clients working in Detroit, MI

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position.  The details are below.

Engagement Description

Position operates cross functionally and is accountable for helping coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of projects with moderate to complex scope deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Assist in project planning including concept design, planning, project scope, testing, implementation, and post-implementation review of project deliverables. Monitor and report out project status for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule. Assist with process development and refinement. Interface and collaborate with various departments, management, and external individuals.

  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to multitask and coordinate multiple activities with varying timelines and report back to leadership in a timely and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform ongoing, thorough, proactive follow up activities.
  • Identify and analyze operational data and develop insights in support of business objectives.
  • Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.  Include: 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to summarize issues, recommendations, and results succinctly.
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft office suites (specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience.  Include:

  • Ability to foster cross functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Some knowledge of project management standards and terminology

 

Education/Certifications – Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a related field is preferred.
