Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Mail Teller for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY. No C2C
Job Title: Bank by Mail Teller
Location(s): Richmond, VA
Schedule: Onsite
Role Type: W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Contract Length: 6 months
Hours: Monday – Friday; potentially work days shift hours on Saturdays periodically(Total 40 hours)
The Bank by Mail Teller will be responsible for processing items that are mailed in, in accordance with Bank policy and Federal compliance.
The ideal candidate will flawlessly track and document our process to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
In this role, you will:
- Process bank by mail items in accordance with Bank and Federal Policy
- Adhere to processing deadlines
- Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations
- Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements
- Escalate situations appropriately
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service or banking experience
