Job Title: Assembly Engineer
Location(s): Columbia-Baltimore, MD area (on-site required)
Role Type: Direct Hire!
Pay: $60-$70k/year.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Our Production team is looking for an Assembly Engineer who will contribute to the production of nanosats and their subsystems. As a part of this team, we expect to be familiar with the smell of solder fumes and to be obsessed with a screwdriver. If you feel that, is you, our team is looking forward to meeting and start working with you.
- Take care of satellite assembling, starting with the production and completion of the entire satellite.
- Assemble electronical and mechanical subsystems.
- Modify, solder, and assemble components to a unit configuration.
- Ensure assembly’s efficiency and process improvements.
- Work together with a team of professionals from different engineering fields.
Required Qualifications/Experiences:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in electronics or technology industry as assembly engineer (cell phone repair technician or similar positions)
- Have knowledge in electronics and good soldering skills
- Have great time management skills
- Be highly attentive to details
- Be able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic mechanics
