Core Hours :Core hours are between 8am-5pm, EST, Monday-Friday

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Monitors and reviews incidents reported by business teams.
- Provides hands-on technical tier 2 research and root cause analysis.
- Perform in-depth data and systems analysis
- Provides 24/7 on call support for production application outages and critical incidents.
- Ability to work with a variety of staff and resources in multiple time zones and locations.
- Manages configuration changes and develops batch data updates
- Maintains process and troubleshooting documentation to be utilized by the team.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with business users for specific application areas, as well as work to prioritize requests from business users for those areas.
- Perform code reviews
- May be assigned to special projects that drive continuous improvement of services and production control processes.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 3 or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in application development and/or production support is required
- 3 + years of JAVA experience in both development and support roles
- Basic knowledge Angular preferred.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with any of the following a plus: .NET, Oracle, SQL server, Salesforce, and/or UNIX
- Experience in ServiceNow a plus
- Basic understanding of Agile encouraged but not required
- Strong analytical skills and debugging capabilities, as well as the ability to work with little supervision and minimal training/documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to efficiently collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Self-motivated, quick learner and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
