Job Description / Duties:
- Develops and maintains service category plans with strategies aligned to IT platforms.
- Responsible for service design and commercial design recovery model.
- Aligns stakeholders on service design and changes.
- Establishes, monitors, and communicates service level metrics.
- Develops the investment portfolio aligned to service category plans.
- Collaborates with product managers to ensure common communication and relationship with consumers on priorities, products, and value generation.
- Responsible for bill plan for services, including pricing and total cost of ownership.
- Ensures effective measures of product cost and maturity.
