Job Title: Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor – Hiring FAST!
Location: Franklin, TN
Pay Rate: $70/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: REMOTE
Duration: 7+ months.
Responsibilities:
- Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product.
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap.
- Works with business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of direction.
- Collaborates with Product Managers to ensure their prioritization is reflected in the team’s backlog.
- Has final decision-making authority on acceptance criteria for product functions.
- Ensures stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the Scrum/Agile team; work with team to clarify stories as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, technical and product ownership.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of work experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Good Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Prior claims experience or working knowledge of claim systems preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
- Agile Certification preferred.
