Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) is currently looking for a Team Lead for a contract opening with one of our largest clients working in Detroit, MI
This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO C2C eligibility for this position. The details are below.
Team Lead
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit employees. The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management, administration duties for staff, and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suites
- Previous HealthCare industry experience
- Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related concentration.
Preferred:
- Previous HealthCare industry experience
- Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment
