Job/Role Description:
- Support team with ACH disputes.
- Review any claims that have been marked as flagged.
- Support ACH investigations.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Regulation E principals and Automated Clearing House (ACH)
- Phone/Customer Service experience.
- High volume claims management experience.
- ACH investigations experience.
