Job Title: Workday Integration Developer
Contract: 7 Months
Pay Rate: $80-$85/ Hour W-2
Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Work with Tech Lead and product owners to understand the desired WorkDay Benefits module, application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating WD Benefits value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
- Design and deliver solutions in Workday platform with “modules for extensions”, “Extend
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with Benefits partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
- Continually research, test and stay up to date on Workday Technology & Platform updates, fixes and capabilities
- Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation & maintenance
- Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
- Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree & at least 9+ years’ experience in WorkDay platform engineering
- At least 7 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions
- At least 7 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
- 9+ years of experience working with the Workday platform with Benefits module, “Extend
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, extend (Nice to have), Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions
- 7+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Integration Developer certifications
- 4+ years designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend (Nice to have)
- 5+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service (nice to have)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile practices
