Job Description:
- Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization’s products or services.
- Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum.
- Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly.
- Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field.
- Prioritize tasks in your project management software, perhaps assigning time blocks for specific activities. This could include reviewing project timelines, checking for updates from collaborators, and identifying any roadblocks.
- Articulate 360 to develop eLearning modules, incorporating audio and video assets created and edited in Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro respectively. This would involve recording narration, editing video clips, and assembling interactive learning experiences within Articulate 360.
- This person will meet with SMEs and working on curriculum development, storyboarding, meet deadlines, communicate on project status using project management tools, collaborate with others well
Required Skills:
- Instructional design strategies 2 years
- Consulting with SME’s 2 years
- Curriculum Development 2 years
- Claims experience or experience with claims training a plus
- Articulate 360, Adobe Products (audio/video), Project Management Software
