Location: Richmond, VA Hybrid Schedule
Pay Rate: $21/HR W-2

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to manage the logistics of candidate interviews. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal clients, ensuring smooth and professional interview experience. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and travel partners to coordinate interview schedules and oversee all related activities, both onsite and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients, ensuring timely and efficient interview coordination.
  • Negotiate interview times and schedules, working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to finalize interview details.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, including both onsite and virtual interview formats.
  • Partner with team members to ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the interview process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals.
  • Manage confidential files and privileged information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for candidates, ensuring clear communication between candidates, recruiters, and our travel partner.
  • Prepare and organize various materials, reports, and files for interviews and consensus meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to commute into the office Tuesday-Thursday.
