Job Description:
As a Business Execution Consultant in this contingent resource assignment, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives, providing strategic consultation and support across a range of complex business execution efforts. This role involves:

Consulting on large-scale initiatives with broad impact, offering expert insight and guidance in business planning and execution.

Reviewing and analyzing complex, multifaceted challenges that may involve unprecedented or intangible factors.

Developing and recommending solutions for intricate business issues, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of internal functions, policies, procedures, and compliance obligations.

Strategically collaborating and consulting with client personnel to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Supporting long-term and enterprise-level planning and execution efforts across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:

Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a combination of these through work, consulting, military, or educational experience.

2–4 years of experience within the Banking or Compliance industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to synthesize data and present complex ideas effectively to a variety of audiences.
