Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Risk Management)
Location: Charlotte, NC, Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team, bringing strong development expertise, effective communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform and a preference will be given to those with experience in modules beyond ITSM—especially TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), formerly known as VRM (Vendor Risk Management). This role requires in-office work three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a Scrum environment.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze business needs and implement solutions using best practices for scalability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery of desired functionality.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience with modules outside of ITSM is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge or prior work in TPRM/VRM is a plus.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Agile/Scrum development experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
